FOOD PHOTOGRAPHER / VIDEOGRAPHER APPLY NOW

We are looking for a VIDEOGRAPHER (F&B), with minimum 5 to 7 years of experience as Photographer in food and beverage, holding bachelor’s degree in Multimedia or any related field of study and associate's degree programs, holding Qatar ID and able to provide NOC to join our company located at Doha, Qatar.

Summary:

The Food Photographer / Videographer is responsible for taking clear, dynamic photos according to the brand’s specifications. His duty includes setting up backdrops, lighting and equipment to prepare for a photoshoot, directing models and subjects to capture the perfect image and editing the photos to remove blemishes and correct lighting issues. He will closely collaborate with the relevant departments such as Marketing, Design and Retail Team.

Functions:

Your duties will consist of but not limited to:

• Expertly operate cameras and associated accessories, such as lenses, tripods, and external flashes.
• Work with digital imaging equipment, which includes uploading photographs to digital and online databases and posting it on the internet.
• Executes standard photography operation procedures including film editing techniques, tools, processes, and guidelines.
• Inserting closed captioning, graphics, or other on-screen text into a photo.
• Adding computer graphics and special effects to a photo.
• Oversees brand standards, lighting technique, and image quality.
• Archives images and organize their files.
• Maintain clean and organized studio and on-site environments arranging props and other products as needed to capture the desired images.
• Return all props and products to their proper locations and clean up all equipment and materials used for the photoshoot.
• Keeps equipment up to date, organized, and maintained.
• Collaborates with Marketing, Design, and Retail teams.
• Drives towards continuous improvement and creative solutions.
• Utilizes up-to-date knowledge of product trends, consumer buying, and film/photography/imaging technology to enhance product photo presentation.

Skills:

• Strong creative skills and artistic abilities to capture images.
• Technical acumen to be able to operate, configure, set up, and fix camera settings, audio, lighting, or other production equipment.
• Proficiency with film editing software and camera equipment.
• Maintain high standards for creative output.
• Strong work ethic.
• Keen eye for detail and notice even the smallest imperfections that may compromise the images.
• Basic social media skills including Facebook, Instagram, Snap Chat, Pinterest, and YouTube.
• Ability to size images and color settings for the web and social media.
• SEO and social media marketing.
• Time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
• Able to work on multiple projects at once and manage many people and tasks simultaneously.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Physical strength and ability to carry heavy equipment, stand, walk, squat, and crouch to get into position to take photos.
